The safety of our Clients, Suppliers, and Partners is of paramount importance to us, which is why we would like to reassure you that we have devised a plan to keep disruptions to an absolute minimum while still offering award winning service which we are known for.
We will carry out a deep clean of all of our showrooms on a regular basis to ensure we can minimise the risk of having the virus spread during your visit. All of the kitchens on display, door samples, worktops, and everything you may come in contact with will be sanitised.
Whether you visit the kitchen showroom, or request a home design appointment - you can ask for the designer to wear a facemask. We want to make you feel comfortable and safe therefore we are happy to do this if you ask in advance before your consultation. We will also restrict all handshakes and keep you at least 6 feet apart from our designers at any time - whether in your property or in our showrooms. We also offer this option during your kitchen fitting. As well as facemasks our kitchen fitters can be asked to wear gloves & stay confined to your kitchen area.
An unprecedented situation requires unprecedented measures which is why we are now happy to offer video consultations for all of our Clients. We can do this via Skype, FaceTime, or TeamViewer. Our staff will send out detailed instructions to guide you through the process if you have never done this before. Don't worry - you won't have to show your face, but you will see our designer & your design on your phone/tablet/PC or Mac.
We would like to reassure you that we are in close contact with our employees, and are constantly monitoring their welfare. We encourage all of our employees to report to us if they display any symptoms regardless how minor so we can quarantine them for a minimum of 14 days to protect our Clients.

We will asses each Client on an individual basis with a very personal approach. If you qualify for our relaxed payment terms (subject to approval) we will offer your dream kitchen on terms which should not cause disruption to your financial status. We will also be offering digital agreements which can be signed from any device without having to see the designer face to face. Please speak to your designer to discuss this further. Please note: we do not offer finance.
