Our kitchens are manufactured using cutting edge German engineering technologies. Every component such as the hinges, the drawer running mechanism, the doors, etc undergo a rigorous quality assurance process. The kitchens which we supply are mid/high end, but without the corresponding price tag.

How much will my kitchen cost?
It is impossible to answer this question prior to the home design visit. Your kitchen price will depend on a number of factors such as the range which you choose, the spec of the cabinets (eg a corner base with pull out shelves will be dearer than a corner base with simple shelves), the brand of the appliances, and which worktop you choose (laminate, quartz, granite, glass, or real wood). What we can assure you, is that due to our dynamic relationship with the manufacturers we are able to provide you a very competitive quotation for your German kitchen. If you have a quotation already, we will beat it on a like for like basis – terms and conditions apply.

Do your kitchens come with a guarantee?
Yes, all of our kitchens are covered by a 5 year guarantee from the delivery date. Our workmanship is covered by a 1 year guarantee.

Do you offer a fitting service?
Yes, we offer a complete kitchen fitting service. All of our fitters are trained in Germany, and we do not use subcontractors. We use qualified NICEIC electricians and Gas Safe Plumbers, there you will get a certificate at the end of every job.

 Do you do building works?
Yes, we pride ourselves on being a one stop kitchen shop. We would like to take away the stress of you having to search for plumbers, electricians, tilers, decorators, etc. We are able to carry out all building works in your kitchen area. Already have your own builders? We will liaise with them every step of the way to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible.

 Do you supply appliances?
Yes, we are able to cost effectively source and supply appliances from leading brands for your kitchen. Please note: we do not supply appliances on their own.

 What areas do you cover?
We supply kitchens nationally, however home design appointments are currently only available in London and the Home Counties. Please contact us to find out if we cover your area.

What happens during the home design visit?
An experienced consultant will carry out a measurement of your kitchen area, and discuss your ideas of how you visualise your dream kitchen. You will be able to see and examine samples of over 120 different kitchen styles, as well as samples of worktops, and handles. We will not use any hard sales techniques, and the home design visit is completely free, there is no obligation to buy at any point.

What happens after the home design visit?
The consultant will communicate your ideas and measurements to our kitchen designer, who will design your kitchen using state of the art software to produce a realistic 3D render. We will then calculate the price of your kitchen based on the range you have chosen. As soon as the design and quotation are ready, we will contact you to arrange a 2nd visit where we will demonstrate the design.

What is the lead time on your kitchens?
Usually, it takes between 4-6 weeks for your kitchen to be manufactured and delivered to the UK. The fitting is an additional 5-7 days. All project vary, your consultant will be able to give you an accurate schedule.

How does your payment structure work?
We take a 50% deposit to secure the order, we then ask for a further 25% once the kitchen is delivered to your premises, next 24% is due when you are satisfied with the installation, and the final 1% is settled 30 days after installation date.

 Do you provide aftercare?
Definitely! It is important for us to uphold good relationships with all of our customers, being a family business our reputation is very important. We provide aftercare to our customers, if anything was to go wrong, you needed replacement parts, or would like to add an extra cabinet or two – all you need to do is call us and we will sort everything for you.

Am I able to see your kitchens before I place an order?
Yes, in fact we urge all of our potential customers to visit a project or two which we have completed locally. You will feel the quality of the kitchen and have a cuppa with the owner who will be more than happy to tell you of their experience with us.

Can you release the kitchen plan to me before I place an order?
